Collection: Returns and Refunds

Coffee

We want to ensure the coffee your brewing is completely and consistently delicious. Although we do not accept returns on coffee, if your coffee is not up to standard, please contact our Better Brewing support team.

They will also be able to provide help and brewing tips and are more than happy to assist with any questions you may have.

Hardware

If you have an issue with or are unsatisfied with your order, then you have 28 days from the date you received it to contact us to let us know. Simply email us at shop@workshopcoffee.com.

Once your email has been received, we will then be in touch to arrange the delivery of a replacement item, a refund and/or organise its collection.

Returned items must be in saleable condition in order to qualify for a refund or like-for-like exchange. They should be returned to us in their original packaging and unused.

Please also note that we can only accept purchases made directly from www.workshopcoffee.com. If you've purchased a Workshop Coffee product from one of our wholesale partners or our Fitzrovia coffee bar, please reach out to them directly to arrange your return. 

Faulty Goods

On rare occasions, hardware product faults can occur. If you think the piece(s) of hardware you've purchased has/have suffered a manufacturing fault, please contact us at shop@workshopcoffee.com. Items that are damaged due to excessive or long-term usage are not considered faulty.
