Coffee Operations Manager
We’re looking for a Coffee Operations Manager to lead coffee quality and operational excellence at our Belgravia flagship, while taking full ownership of the Workshop Academy.
This is a hands-on role combining coffee expertise, team leadership, education and commercial development. You’ll oversee coffee standards, recipes and drinks development across the bar, while working closely with the team to deliver consistently excellent coffee and customer service.
At the Academy, you’ll lead our programme of wholesale training, home-barista education, workshops and events, developing course content, managing the calendar and building relationships with wholesale partners. You’ll also identify new opportunities to grow the Academy through courses, partnerships, events and brand activations.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about coffee and hospitality, confident leading others, and excited by the opportunity to shape and grow a new education and community space.
